Our rigorous multifaceted authentication is a part of our exceptional world-class service and expertise. Our luxuries are premium pre-loved, acquired through our extensive industry reach, private treaty, and investor relations.

LUXE Lend is an independent hire platform for circular economy luxury and designer goods and is not affiliated with any of the designers or trademarks listed.

Does LUXE Lend have a store or physical showroom? 

The short answer is no, we are a digital platform only. 

How are your Accessories cleaned?

We ensure all items before and upon receipt of return are put through our thorough cleaning, sterilization, and sanitizing process. Our unrivaled collection includes hair accessories and jewelry that upon return are inspected, inventoried, and then sent for cleaning and sterilization to ensure the items are back to their original condition ready to shine at the next event. 

How are your Twills and Silks cleaned?

Our silks and twills upon return are like all of our luxury hire items, inspected, inventoried, and sent for a thorough cleaning and pressing process, only sending out the highest quality every hire. 

I hired a belt, how do I know it will fit?

Our belts are exquisite! The sizing will depend on where you want to wear the belt. Waist, hips and this is all up to you, with how you style it. The belts fit 75 - 110 cm. There are also tricks to the trade with how to get a larger belt to fit a smaller waist. Whatever you do, you are not permitted to add extra holes or alter the physical product in any way. How old do I need to be to hire/rent from LUXE Lend?

You must be over 18 years of age, 

What is the minimum hire period?

All interstate bookings have a 3 consecutive day hire duration. Gold Coast & Brisbane designer hire can be tailored, contact book@luxe-lend.com.au 

How do I check the availability of an item? 

Using our hassle-free online booking service is the most efficient way to check real-time availability. If the item is unavailable and you can't find anything else you love, contact us at book@luxe-lend.com.au as the item might be unavailable due to cleaning or inspection. 

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Our unrivaled collection bookings are processed for Friday deliveries so you don't miss your event! However, if the item is available and you are local to the Gold Coast or Brisbane we can offer you premier service and arrange to have the item straight to you. We do specialize in style emergencies after all.

How do I pay for delivery and return shipping?

All shipping is calculated at check out, this includes your return Australia Post Pre-Paid satchel. 

Gold Coast & Brisbane have the opportunity of point-to-point delivery service at an additional fee, if you require this service email book@luxe-lend.com.au 

What happens if the item gets damaged, lost, or stolen? 

During the hire period, you are responsible for the assurance and safe return of the item in the same condition as it was received. You must understand the terms & conditions of LUXE Lend Group's premier luxury designer hire. 

We highly recommend adding LUXE Lend Premium Hire Cover to your order, this is a yearly one-off payment that covers your hires for 365 days from your first order. In the event the bag is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, all you are responsible for is the excess insurance fee.

If you accidentally stain, spill or color the luxury items, please don't attempt to clean the item yourself in any way, we have specialist for this. It can and will damage the item more if you attempt to clean the item yourself, best to leave it to the professionals. 

Hermes Handbag hire requires a fully refundable security deposit to be paid in full before your booking. This includes the complete range of Hermes not limited to Mini Kellys, Kellys, and Birkin bags. 

When do I pay for my booking?

To reserve and book your hire date, your payment method is charged at the time the booking, order is placed. 

How do I cancel my booking?

In the unlikely event you want to cancel your booking, please email book@luxe-lend.com.au, we can offer you an alternative date should this be available or store credit valid for 12 months from the time of original booking. Please note, if your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel your booking or order.

How much will I be charged for a Late Fee?

Late Fees are charged at $50 per individual day until the item is returned 

How do I know the return has been processed?

Our exceptional world-class service will update you on the return of your luxury designer goods hire. We will also extend exclusive offers, event details, and discounts if you opt into our email sign-up. 

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we offer Australia-wide delivery. If you are out of the metro we highly recommend extending your hire / rental period for a day to ensure you are not cutting it too close with delivery delays in regional areas.

How do I return my item if my rental ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday?

The last day of your hire period is the return date, the return is subject to a 5 pm cut-off. In the event your hire/rental period concludes on a Sunday or Public Holiday, the return is extended free of charge for the following business day. I lost my pre-paid return satchel, what do I do?

Don't stress, if you lost the return pre-paid satchel email us at book@luxe-lend.com.au and we can walk you through what to do, or make alternative arrangements. They don't say we offer world-class service for no reason!

What is LUXE Lend Premium Insurance Cover?

We aim to take the worry out of the hire and rental market. It is one thing to offer luxury goods for rent, and another to worry about damage, loss, or theft of a very expensive item. We have curated with our team the perfect cover to fit all needs. LUXE Lend Premium Insurance Cover, is your designer handbag hire insurance cover, you pay a one-off fee of $89.95 and this covers your basic insurance premium on your rental/hires for 12 months from the date of your first hire. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen you are responsible for the excess fee. Please note, if you are hiring any of the Hermes handbags this is independent of the fully refundable security deposit. 

How do I get my security deposit back after hiring a Hermes? 

Upon return and inspection, we will issue your fully refundable security deposit and notify you of the return of funds.
